Field Sales Representative

Will you be our new colleague?

To continue our growth in Belgium, we are looking for 2 independent field sales colleagues. People who like to be on the road. Who spot opportunities. And seize them.

What will you do?

You are the face of Fruitful Office in your region. You build relationships. And turn them into long-term partnerships.

In practice, that means:

  • Working independently in the field, with support from the team behind you
  • Actively approaching new customers (B2B)
  • On-site meetings with prospects and customers
  • Advising on our office fruit subscription
  • Preparing, following up on and closing quotations
  • Full ownership of your own sales pipeline
  • Customer contact from first conversation to go-live

Who are we looking for?

  • At least 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a field sales role
  • You know how to lead a conversation and close the deal
  • You work in a structured way and manage your own pipeline
  • You are entrepreneurial, results-driven and reliable
  • You have a category B driving licence and enjoy being on the road
  • You are fluent in Dutch and French
